**Responsibilities and Duties:**
- Provide direct patient care, including assisting with daily activities, promoting patient comfort and well-being, and supporting nursing staff with patient care.
- Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to healthcare professionals.
- Develop strong relationships with patients, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
**Salary and Benefits Package:**This role comes with a competitive salary, estimated at £22,000 - £32,000 per annum, based on a 37.5-hour week. In addition to a generous salary, you will also receive various benefits, including reimbursed DBS and free online training. Our dedicated consultant will work with you to secure shifts in your preferred location and schedule, offering flexibility and work-life balance. With a range of shift patterns available, including days, nights, and weekends, you can choose when and how much you work.
