Protocol Education Ltd is seeking a skilled and compassionate Early Years Educator Assistant to join our team in Richmond, Richmond Upon Thames. As a Learning and Development Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the development and education of children in early years settings.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification and previous experience in early years or nursery settings. They will also possess a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and be able to create a safe and inclusive environment for children to thrive.

In this role, you will assist in planning and delivering engaging activities, support social, emotional, and cognitive development, and observe and assess children's progress. You will also maintain accurate records and contribute to the overall success of the team.
