School Support Assistant

Empowering Learning seeks a highly motivated Teaching Assistant to join our team in Surbiton, UK. In this rewarding role, you will support the educational and personal development of children, promoting their social, emotional, and academic growth. Your empathetic nature, patience, and strong organisational skills will help create a positive learning environment.

Our ideal candidate has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, which will enable them to build strong relationships with colleagues, children, and their families. Experience working in a school setting would be beneficial, but not essential. Your ability to understand and support children with specific learning difficulties, including ASD knowledge, is also important.

In return for your dedication, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic school environment, earn £25 per hour depending on your experience, and receive free CPD and Team Teach training. To be eligible, you must have the legal right to work in the UK, hold an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, and possess primary education experience.
