The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering and supporting the company wellbeing strategy, referring employees to relevant services and providing advice on health and wellbeing matters. This is a full-time role covering the South of England with overnight stays likely required. A van and fuel card are provided.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and support the company wellbeing strategy
  • Refer employees to EAP, Physiotherapy, and HR Case management services
  • Deliver Health Surveillance programme
  • Provide advice on all health and wellbeing matters
  • Support Lead OHA in development of policies and procedures

Requirements:
  • Registration with NMC Part 3
  • Health Surveillance experience
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Use of Orchid Occupational Health system desirable
