About the Role:

This full-time position involves working with a large utilities company, providing occupational health services to their employees. As an Occupational Health Advisor, you will be responsible for conducting health assessments, implementing workplace health programs, and developing strategies to promote employee well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough health assessments and provide recommendations for improved employee health
  • Develop and implement workplace health programs to promote employee well-being
  • Collaborate with management to develop policies and procedures related to occupational health
  • Provide training and education to employees on workplace health and safety

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field such as occupational health, nursing, or a related field
  • Extensive experience in occupational health practice
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and annual leave.
