**Job Summary**

Fintel is seeking a talented Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our marketing division, you will be responsible for creating and delivering compelling marketing plans that drive business growth and increase brand awareness in the market.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Craft and implement annual marketing plans for our brands, ensuring our content hits the right mark and deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support the delivery of marketing plans and assist with planned strategic developments.
  • Maintain brand compliance and produce engaging copy and content.
  • Track and optimize marketing campaigns while keeping an eye on market trends and service requirements.

**Requirements:**

  • B2B/distribution marketing experience with a solid grasp of marketing channels.
  • Ability to deliver integrated multi-channel campaigns.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a way with words.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a flexible 'can-do' attitude.
