Job Title: Financial Operations Assistant

Job Summary:

Brampton Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Assistant to join our team. As a Financial Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our finance department, ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll through Xero, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Prepare and post payroll journals
  • Support credit control by chasing outstanding debts and sending monthly statements
  • Post receipts and reconcile statements from suppliers
  • Prepare weekly reports for management
  • Oversee purchase invoice processing and prepare monthly payment runs
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar Accounts Assistant/Finance Assistant role
  • Experience using Xero is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 DOE
