We're on the hunt for a skilled Retail Store Manager to join our Keswick store and take charge of our sales growth strategy.
The ideal candidate will be rewarded with a salary of £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, based on experience.

Main Responsibilities- Design and implement sales growth strategies to drive revenue and improve customer engagement

- Oversee visual merchandising and store appearance to ensure a consistent and appealing customer experience
- Analyze sales data, staff performance, and other key metrics to inform business decisions
