The Royal Oak is seeking a highly skilled Culinary Team Member to join our esteemed kitchen team. As a vital part of our high-performing brigade, you will spend your days serving exquisite food in a well-equipped kitchen, developing your skills under the guidance of our talented Head Chef.

We offer a competitive salary, negotiable dependent on experience, estimated at £25,000 - £35,000 per annum. Additionally, we provide Wagestream, allowing you to access up to 40% of your wages as you earn them each week. Other benefits include 28 days annual leave (rising to 33 days after 5 years), health cash plan, generous employee discounts, life assurance, Employee Assistance Programme, and enhanced maternity and paternity pay.

To succeed in this role, you should have experience working with fresh ingredients and cooking from scratch. Although recipes are provided, a flair for cooking is essential. We offer training academies with nationally recognized qualifications to help you grow in your career.
