We are looking for an exceptional SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a special educational needs school in the Wirral area. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with children who have a variety of learning difficulties, including autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, physical disabilities, and speech and language needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support individual students or small groups of students with special educational needs.
  • Help students engage with their learning, providing guidance and encouragement as they progress through the curriculum.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure effective support for each child.

**Requirements:**

  • A passion for working with children with special educational needs.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
