Job Overview:

Caidya is seeking a skilled Proposal Development Manager to lead the development of high-quality proposals that exceed customer expectations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing proposal development processes and timelines to ensure timely and efficient submission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage proposal development processes and timelines to meet customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop proposal content, including budgets and strategic text.
  • Develop budgets and texts based on strategic RFP parameters, including standalone, preferred provider/repeat client, and complex multi-region opportunities.
  • Review and analyze proposed budget metrics, including benchmarking data.
  • Program and map internal budgets to unit-based client bid grids, with exposure to resource-based grids.
  • Schedule and participate in RFP-related calls to ensure timely submission.
  • Contribute to department process improvement initiatives.
  • May support the training of new team members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of proposal development experience, preferably in a CRO or healthcare industry environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, prioritize workload, and multitask.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe PDF, with experience in creating spreadsheets and formatting documents.
  • Ability to work at a computer for more than 6 hours daily.
