Proposals Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Proposals Manager to join our team at Blue Legal. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will be responsible for managing our proposals process, identifying revenue opportunities, and creating high-quality proposal documents and pitch presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement tender best practice processes to ensure consistency across the firm.
  • Qualify and develop high-quality proposals within client-defined timeframes.
  • Facilitate research to support specific tenders and collaborate with the tender team to ensure tailored documents.
  • Manage the creation and maintenance of templates, proposal documents, and pitch presentations.
  • Liaise with international teams to obtain content for joint proposals.
  • Provide support with managing feedback on proposals and ensure information is shared internally for continued improvement.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date reporting of the firm's opportunity pipeline.
  • Regularly discuss with the Business Development Director the status of all live tender opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Experience working within a Professional Services environment.
  • Previous experience working in a proposal/bids role.
  • Able to translate technical issues into accessible language, clearly and concisely.
  • Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.

Please note that only candidates with valid work experience in a Law Firm, Accountancy Firm, Management Consultancy, Property/Construction Firm, Financial Services Firm, or a high-profile relevant Association or Agency will be considered.
