We are looking for a Mental Health and Wellbeing Practitioner to join our Community Team for People with Learning Disabilities in the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead.

This is a full-time, permanent role that requires you to work within a multi-disciplinary community team to support adults with learning disabilities and their families and carers to improve their lives.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Carrying out assessments, undertaking care reviews, and supporting care planning.
  2. Participating in a duty rota to deal with incidents, safeguarding alerts, and information requests.
  3. Conducting safeguarding investigations, capacity assessments, and best interest decisions relating to adults with a learning disability.
About the Job:

The estimated salary for this role is £37,080 - £40,788 per annum. You will be required to have experience of working in a health and social care environment and a good understanding of safeguarding protocols.
