Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Practitioner to join our Community Integrated Mental Health Services team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work with service users who have complex mental health needs, providing clinically led interventions using the recovery model. You will be responsible for managing a caseload, delivering time-limited interventions, and working effectively in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of service users with complex mental health needs
- Deliver clinically led interventions using the recovery model
- Work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team environment
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide supervision and support to junior staff members
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a degree or diploma in mental health nursing, current NMC registration, and extensive experience in working with service users who have complex mental health needs. You should also have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work flexibly and manage your workload effectively.
