Financial Transaction Coordinator

Are you a detail-oriented professional seeking a role that involves financial transactions? We are looking for a skilled Financial Transaction Coordinator to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton Stoke on Trent. As a Financial Transaction Coordinator, you will be responsible for processing supplier invoices, managing queries, and reconciling statements. Your duties will include:
- Process supplier invoices and payments.
- Manage supplier queries and reconcile their statements.
- Reconcile credit card statements.
Key Requirements
We are seeking a candidate with:
- Previous accounts payable experience (1 year minimum).
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic Excel skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
- Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Familiarity with accounts payable processes and best practices.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role, be proficient in MS Office, have excellent attention to detail, and be an excellent written and verbal communicator. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary of £25,896 per annum.
