Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze data from various sources to understand user behavior and conversion funnels.
  • Optimize conversion rates by identifying barriers and conducting A/B testing experiments.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and tagging implementation for reliable data collection.
  • Assess user experience and collaborate with UX/UI designers for improvements.
  • Monitor website performance and implement iterative changes for optimization.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical skills are essential for gathering and interpreting data, identifying trends, and extracting actionable insights. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, SQL, and statistical analysis, is required.
  • Familiarity with web analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics, is expected.
  • Knowledge and experience in conversion rate optimization techniques, including A/B testing, multivariate testing, and usability testing, are important.
  • The ability to effectively present data and insights through visualizations, reports, and dashboards is invaluable, therefore proficiency in data visualization tools is a necessity.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary to convey complex data and insights to various stakeholders.
  • A solid understanding of business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) is essential.
  • Digital analytics and conversion rate optimization are dynamic fields, so a willingness to learn and stay updated with industry trends, new tools, and emerging methodologies is important.
Preferred Experience
  • A basic understanding of UX/UI design principles can be beneficial, allowing more effective collaboration with designers.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis and experimental design.
  • Familiarity with data science concepts and machine learning techniques to uncover deeper insights from complex data sets.
