About the Role

Baldwin Risk Partners is seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting business decisions by analyzing and interpreting complex data sets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Maintain Business Intelligence Solutions: Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions to support business decisions.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and insights, and create reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and structure data, and communicate findings to stakeholders through clear and concise reports.
  • Data Quality and Integrity: Ensure data quality and integrity by identifying and addressing data anomalies and outliers.
  • Automation and Efficiency: Identify opportunities to automate and improve reporting processes, and implement solutions to increase efficiency.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL queries, MS SQL server database experience, and experience with Power Automate and Power Apps.
  • Insurance Industry Experience: Experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
  • Cloud Skills: Experience with MS Azure, including Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse Analytics, and Power BI.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
