We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our growing team. This role will play a crucial part in shaping data-driven strategies and providing actionable insights to support business decision-making.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement sophisticated business intelligence solutions utilizing Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
  • Create interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
  • Monitor database reporting systems for optimal performance and proactively address any data-related issues.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance database and reporting processes through technical advancements.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Power BI, providing guidance and mentorship to colleagues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Minimum seven years of experience in data analysis roles.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
  • Experience within the insurance industry is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with MS Azure tools such as Data Factory and Synapse Analytics.
  • Advanced SQL / T-SQL skills.
  • Strong understanding of database structures and relationships.
