About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Analyst to join our Business Intelligence, Insight and Analytics team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organisation through the development and deployment of analytical products.

As a Junior Analyst, you will work closely with your colleagues to plan, build and maintain high-quality analytical products for a varied customer base. You will be responsible for analysis and report development involving a large range of datasets, and use analytical techniques to support decision-making, improve data quality, and enhance performance and patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of relevant technical skills, including SQL, Excel, and Power BI. You will also be able to manage time, work on your own initiative with minimal supervision, and support and work with the team in a positive way.
