About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at Baldwin Risk Partners. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our business decisions by analyzing and interpreting complex data sets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain business intelligence solutions to drive data-driven decision making.
  • Design and implement data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and structure data from multiple sources.
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science.
  • At least three years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools, and statistical software.
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as Azure, preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
