Senior Data Analytics Lead

Aviva is seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analytics Lead to join our high-profile data science team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of cutting-edge analytics solutions that drive business growth and improve decision-making across the Aviva Group.

About the Role:

As a Senior Data Analytics Lead, you will have the opportunity to work with one of the richest insurance datasets in the world, applying sophisticated techniques and technology to all stages of the data science process. You will lead a team of data scientists and analysts, helping to formulate problems, extract and prepare data, apply modeling, and deploy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of data analytics solutions that drive business growth and improve decision-making
  • Manage and mentor a team of data scientists and analysts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

What We Offer:

Aviva offers a competitive salary range of £40,000 to £65,000, depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications. You will also be eligible for a bonus opportunity of up to 10% of your annual salary, as well as a generous pension scheme and 29 days of holiday per year.
