Risk Data Analytics Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Data Analytics Manager to join our Conduct & Insight team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing data analytics outputs and insights that support and enhance our risk management processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain data-led solutions to provide meaningful insights into our business operations.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to establish requirements and transform them into analytical solutions.
- Present and communicate complex analytical solutions to senior stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Support ad-hoc team deliverables, including conduct, complaints, and regulatory reporting.
- Experience with SQL, Python, VBA, Informatica, or Dataiku.
- Broad business experience and understanding, with knowledge of financial and regulatory issues relevant to financial service organizations.
- Experience in data-focused roles or significant hands-on data analytics experience, with understanding and experience in data/process mining.
- Knowledge of data engineering principles, including automation.
- Circa £50,000 salary.
- Bonus opportunity - 10% of annual salary.
