Business Development Role:

Methven, a leading provider of innovative bathroom and kitchen solutions, seeks an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, analyzing sales data, and creating strategic plans to achieve business objectives.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Drive sales growth through effective account management, sales performance analysis, and strategic planning.
  • Build Strong Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identify new business opportunities, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Analyze Sales Data and Generate Reports: Provide valuable insights to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales and territory management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary (£55,000 - £70,000 per annum).
  • Performance-based bonuses.
