We are excited to offer a challenging and rewarding role for an experienced Early Years Practitioner at our Bright Horizons Reigate Holmesdale Road Day Nursery and Preschool. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to take on a key leadership role within our team, shaping the direction of early childhood education and care in our nursery. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for early childhood development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead by example.

Job Summary

This full-time position comes with a competitive salary range of £24,270 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on qualifications and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including discounted childcare, flexible working arrangements, and access to our Future Leaders programme. Our nursery is situated in a convenient location near Reigate train station, making it easily accessible by public transport.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of high-quality educational programmes for children aged 0-5 years
  • Maintain open communication with parents and carers to keep them informed about their child's progress
  • Ensure a safe and healthy environment for children, adhering to all relevant legislation and regulations
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the nursery
Requirements
  • Level 3 or above Early Years qualification (essential)
  • Previous experience working with young children (preferably in a nursery setting)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Able to motivate and inspire others to achieve shared goals
