Nursery Role Overview

At Bright Horizons Reigate, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our nursery team as a full-time Level 3 qualified professional.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement engaging activities tailored to each child's needs, promoting their development towards key milestones.
  • Maintain strong relationships with parents and carers, ensuring their involvement in their child's learning journey.
  • Ensure the welfare, protection, health, and safety of children, adhering to safeguarding policies and legislative requirements.
  • Contribute to a positive, happy, and safe environment within the nursery, collaborating with colleagues to achieve this goal.

Requirements

  • Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
  • Previous experience working with children, ideally in a nursery setting.
  • Passion for making learning enjoyable and engaging for each child.
  • Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with colleagues and parents.
  • Effective communication skills when interacting with children and adults.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and relevant legislative requirements.
