Early Years Practitioner Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Bright Horizons Reigate Holmesdale Road Day Nursery and Preschool.

About the Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging activities for children, promoting their development and well-being, and building strong relationships with parents and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver high-quality educational programs for children aged 0-5 years
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers
  • Ensure the health, safety, and welfare of children in your care
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive and inclusive environment
Requirements
  • Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
  • Previous experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting
  • Passion for making learning fun and engaging for children
  • Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with colleagues and parents
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and legislative requirements
