Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and interview candidates for a variety of roles across different industries.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and preferences.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from shortlisting candidates to arranging interviews and negotiating job offers.
  • Maintain accurate records in our recruitment management system.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in recruitment or sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and social media platforms for candidate sourcing.
