Become a Childcare Career Starter with our Playworker L2 Apprenticeship Opportunity As an Early Years Practitioner, you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of young children. In this role, you will work alongside our experienced team to provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years. You will be responsible for creating a stimulating environment that encourages children's curiosity, creativity, and exploration.

This apprenticeship is designed to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in the childcare industry. You will have the opportunity to work with children from diverse backgrounds, developing your expertise in areas such as behavior management, child development, and special educational needs.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements:
  • GCSE English Language (Grade 4) desirable
  • GCSE Maths (Grade 4) desirable
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Salary:

£6,656 to £11,897.60 per annum, dependent on hours worked.
