We are looking for a motivated and caring Education Support Worker to join our team at Protocol Education Ltd.
The successful candidate will provide academic support to students in various educational settings, including EYFS, SEN, and Primary schools.
Key responsibilities include assisting with classroom activities, implementing individualised education plans, and supporting students with special educational needs.
What We Offer:An estimated salary of £85-£95 per day, plus the opportunity to develop your career in a supportive and collaborative environment.
The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications in education or childcare, as well as previous experience working with children in an educational setting.
They will also possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the curriculum, and the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
Requirements:- GCSEs in Maths and English
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting
- Relevant qualifications in education or childcare
- Experience supporting learning across different age groups
- Ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships with students and staff
