Automotive Learning Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Motor Vehicle Tutor to join our team at Workforce Training Services.
About the PositionThis permanent position offers a salary of £31,638.40 per annum, reviewed annually in April. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessments to young people pursuing a career in the Motor Vehicle Industry.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum Level 2 qualification in Motor Vehicle or above, and at least two years of experience as a mechanic. A current driving license and access to their own vehicle are also essential requirements.
Key Responsibilities- To train and assess students in motor vehicle studies, ensuring they meet the required standards.
- To develop and deliver engaging lesson plans, taking into account the needs and abilities of our students.
- To maintain accurate records of student progress and performance.
- A minimum Level 2 qualification in Motor Vehicle or above.
- At least two years of experience as a mechanic in the Motor Vehicle Industry.
- A current driving license and access to your own vehicle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A competitive salary of £31,638.40 per annum, reviewed annually in April.
