About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Dealing Services Agent to join our team at AJ Bell. As a key member of our Dealing Services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting our customers in executing their deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support customers by phone, email, and secure message, placing and executing deals over the phone.
  • Provide a high level of customer service, ensuring that all customer queries are dealt with in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with our Dealing Services team to ensure that all deals are executed efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs grades 9-4 (A*-C) or equivalent, including Maths and English.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a polite and professional telephone manner.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Competent with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
