About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Dealing Services team as a Dealing Services Agent. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients, supporting them with their investment needs and ensuring that their deals are executed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and secure message, ensuring that their queries are resolved promptly and professionally.
  • Support clients with placing and executing deals, ensuring that all transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Work closely with the Dealing Services team to ensure that all customer queries are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our investment products and services, ensuring that you can provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of trading and investing, with a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
  • GCSEs in Maths and English, or equivalent.
