Dealing Services Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Dealing Services team as a Dealing Services Agent. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting our customers in executing their deals.
Key Responsibilities- Support customers by phone, email, and secure message, placing and executing deals while ensuring the highest level of customer service.
- Provide timely and professional responses to customer queries, resolving issues and concerns in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve service level agreements and compliance policies.
- A keen interest and knowledge in trading is beneficial, but not essential.
- A minimum of 5 GCSEs grades 9-4 (A*-C) or equivalent, including Maths and English.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a polite and professional telephone manner.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
