Hunter AHP Resourcing is looking for a highly skilled Community Rehab Dietitian to join their team in East London for a three-month contract.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a dietitian and be registered with the HCPC in the UK. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

This position requires the successful candidate to conduct thorough autonomous assessments of patients' health conditions, formulate and implement care plans, provide treatment as necessary, and use evidence-base practice and specialist skills to assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions.
