Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Nutrition and Education Lead to join our team at Bright Horizons. As a key member of our nursery staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and education to children, while promoting healthy eating habits and ensuring the highest standards of nutrition and hygiene are met.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and serving nutritious meals to children
  • Managing dietary requirements and food allergies
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop meal plans and menus
  • Ensuring high standards of nutrition and hygiene are met

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • Previous experience in cooking in a domestic or commercial property
  • Passion for nutrition and healthy eating
  • Food Safety CIEH L2 or above
  • Sound knowledge of COSHH
  • Ability to manage dietary requirements and food allergies
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure

Compensation Package

The successful candidate can expect an estimated salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a competitive package that includes:
