Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  2. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation, adhering to relevant regulations.
  3. Support the processing of invoices, payments, and receipts, including monthly VAT reconciliation.
  4. Monitor management accounts and company KPIs, identifying areas for improvement.
  5. Respond to internal inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions.
  6. Control and monitor company expenses, optimizing cost management.

Requirements:

Candidates should possess strong numerical skills and attention to detail, with experience in intercompany accounts being an advantage. AAT qualification is preferred but not essential. Sage experience is also advantageous, with all necessary training provided.
