Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Hywel Dda University Health Board. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of excellent healthcare services.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Provide holistic nursing care to patients across various specialties, including medical, surgical, and pediatric units.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Ensure seamless communication between patients, families, and healthcare professionals, promoting a culture of transparency and trust.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for growth and excellence.

Requirements:

  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
  • Relevant post-registration experience in a similar setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Post-registration study and training in areas such as child protection or intermediate life support.

Salary: £42,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
