About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team at Lifeways in Peacehaven.

As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with autism, learning difficulties, and complex needs to lead valued and fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to individuals in a residential care setting
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including cooking, cleaning, and medication management
  • Encourage and support individuals to participate in activities and hobbies
