Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our client's care team in Peacehaven. Our client is an independent individual with cerebral palsy and is a wheelchair user, requiring assistance with daily living activities and complex health needs. You will be supporting our client in their own home, working alongside a dynamic and committed care team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer medication and manage stock levels
  • Assist with moving and handling using a hoist
  • Provide gastrostomy care and personal care
  • Support our client in the community and with administrative tasks
  • Contribute to general housework and maintain a safe and clean environment
Requirements:
  • Previous care experience and a reliable team player
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to drive as part of the role
  • Enhanced DBS disclosure and commitment to confidentiality
  • Willingness to be trained to CQC standards to meet the client's needs
  • Respect for company policies and procedures
