Mental Health Recovery Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to join our team as a Recovery Worker at Alfred Minto House.
Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centred care and support to individuals with mental health difficulties and forensic histories.
- Develop and implement individually tailored support and risk management plans.
- Contribute to effective discharge planning and ensure smooth transitions for service users.
- Promote recovery-focused support through key working sessions and group work.
The ideal candidate will possess a good understanding of the recovery model, a solution-focused attitude, and a person-centred approach. Experience in the mental health sector is desirable but not essential.
Benefits Package- A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
- 33 days' paid holiday per year, increasing with each year of service up to 35 days.
- The option to buy additional holidays and spread the cost.
