About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Replenishment Manager to join our store team in Hindpool Road, Barrow-in-Furness. As a Replenishment Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the warehouse, fill levels, and stock control are maintained to provide the highest store standards for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Train members of the team and drive the replenishment shift to highest standards
  • Ensure deliveries are worked efficiently
  • Support delivery of promotional seasonal activity
  • Operate and deliver processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirements
  • Ensure the store is presentable, has full availability & excellent customer service
  • Ensure Health and Safety compliance

About You

We are looking for enthusiastic, focused & driven team players with a passion for retail & delivering great service. Ideal candidates will have experience of managing a small team, in a fast-paced retail environment, effective communication and organisational skills, the ability to think on your feet, a flexible approach and a 'can do' attitude, and a strong knowledge and ability to deliver KPI's.
