Parts Advisor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Parts Advisor to join our team at Technical Resource Solutions Ltd. As a Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for providing technical parts assistance and supporting the service team in sourcing parts for service quotes and repair jobs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • First contact for parts enquiries and providing technical parts assistance
  • Providing direct support to the service team to source parts for service quotes and repair jobs
  • Parts sourcing, identification of suppliers, and parts returns
  • Stocktaking and maintaining a high level of stock efficiency

Requirements:

  • Parts Advisor experience in parts from any engineering/automotive background
  • Strong customer management and service skills
  • Good administrative parts experience
  • Able to commute to Glasgow
