We are excited to offer a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a Business Operations Assistant to join our team. Based in-office, Monday to Friday, this role offers a competitive salary range of £23,000 to £26,000 per year.

Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer experiences by managing all incoming communications with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  2. Order Fulfillment: Process bookings and orders efficiently, from initial quote to final certification, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  3. Data Integrity: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, utilizing databases or Sage (comprehensive training provided).
  4. Administrative Support: Assist with organizing business travel, managing mail, overseeing filing systems, and coordinating room, car, key, and stationery bookings.
  5. Technical Skills: Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with databases or Sage is beneficial, but training will be provided.
  6. Teamwork: Collaborate effectively as a strong team player, demonstrating a clear and friendly telephone manner.
