Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Procurement and Payment Manager to join our Finance Team at Stirling Council. This role will involve overseeing procurement and payment processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions, and developing strategies to improve financial performance.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in procurement and payment management, preferably in Local Government. Experience with Oracle Fusion Enterprise Resource Planning system and knowledge of procurement regulations would be beneficial.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Local Government regulations.
  • Manage procurement and payment processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze procurement data to identify areas for improvement.
