About the Job

We are looking for a motivated Community Therapy Assistant to join our Hertfordshire Community Team in Hemel Hempstead and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing rehabilitation services to patients in their own homes, promoting independence and maximising their potential.

Job Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent level of knowledge and experience.
  • Good general education up to GCSE equivalent.
  • Experience of working in a healthcare environment or care setting.
