Are you a passionate and experienced Speech and Language Therapist looking to take the next step in your career? We are excited to offer a leadership opportunity for a dynamic and innovative leader to join our team as the Professional Lead of Adult Speech and Language Therapy.

Main Duties:
  • Lead a service development/quality improvement project.
  • Manage and appraise staff, providing support and supervision to junior therapists and students.
  • Implement evidence-based practices and innovative service developments.

This role requires strong leadership and management skills, with a comprehensive range of supervisory experience and post-graduate experience within specialist SLT service. The estimated salary for this position is £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
