About the Role

We are seeking a Support Team Member - Cleft Centre to join our team at the Spires Cleft Centre and Oxford Craniofacial Unit. The successful candidate will support the administrative work of the speech and language therapy (SLT) team, including organisation of routine appointments, clinic preparation, equipment maintenance, training events, and resource management.

Key Responsibilities
  • To carry out administration tasks related to clinical work, including sending patient letters, data input, scanning, and patient pathway monitoring.
  • To assist the clinical team with audit and research activities for local and national projects.
  • To assist in the organisation of locally/nationally run speech therapy training courses.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits package, including pension scheme, life insurance, and annual leave.
