Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Marketing Operations to join our team at PPHE Hotel Group. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and coordinate marketing campaigns across multiple brands and regions
* Identify commercial initiatives and opportunities to drive revenue growth
* Manage and coordinate marketing events and activations
* Oversee and direct photo, video, and multimedia shoots
* Develop and manage content matrices for hotels, restaurants, and other relevant channels
* Provide and share industry and competitor data
* Manage PR and Marketing Managers in both the UK and NL regions

Requirements:

* Proven experience in marketing operations and strategy
* Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices
* Excellent communication and project management skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
