As a seasoned professional in electronic sales and client coverage, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of Clear Street's electronic client base across Europe. In this challenging and rewarding position, you will lead a team of professionals in managing client support, providing consultation on usage and technology alignment, and developing strategic leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a sales strategy for European electronic equities, aligning with overall business objectives and market trends
  2. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate the European equities sales and coverage team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring the team meets and exceeds sales targets
  3. Client Relationship Management: Grow our client franchise by establishing strong relationships with key institutional clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions via our differentiated Clear Street technology
  4. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to enhance investment strategies and product offerings
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with high-touch sales & trading, research, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of client orders and enhance client satisfaction
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in algorithmic equity trading, client sales, and support, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within European markets
  • Strong knowledge of European regulatory environment and current National Licenses
  • Solid grasp of market competition and microstructure
  • Advanced Technical skills and understanding of OMS, trading platforms, FIX gateways, and exchange connectivity requirements
