Supporting Children with Special Needs Educator

Complete Classroom Services Ltd is a leading provider of educational services, and we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting children with special educational needs, particularly those with Autism, to achieve their full potential.
In this position, you will work closely with the class teacher to develop and implement tailored plans that cater to the unique needs of each child. This will involve observing and assessing student progress, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to address these needs.
You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of student progress, communicating regularly with parents and carers, and contributing to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment.
We offer a competitive salary of £87.50 per hour, equivalent to £85 - £100 per day, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.
